Train Your Body, Sharpen Your Mind: A Dynamic Martial Arts Fitness Experience

Step into a welcoming and energizing environment where fitness meets focus. This unique program in Iiyama combines Muay Thai, Life Kinetik, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu into a single, engaging session designed for all levels. Led by experienced instructors with backgrounds in authentic Muay Thai training in Thailand, participants can safely explore martial arts while improving coordination, balance, and mental clarity.

Whether you are completely new or simply curious, this flexible program allows you to join at any time, observe freely, and enjoy movement at your own pace. Families, solo participants, and beginners are all warmly welcomed.

Event Details

Date: Saturday, May 13, 2026
Time: 13:00 p.m.–15:30 p.m.
Venue: Iiyama City Budokan (Judo Hall)
Admission Fee: Free (for the time being)
Capacity: 20 participants (first-come, first-served)

Schedule:

1:00 PM – Muay Thai & Kick Fitness

2:30 PM – Grappling (mat exercises, technique drilling, etc.)

Access:
By Car: Approx. 15 minutes (8 km) from Toyota-Iiyama IC
By Train: 5-minute walk from Kita-Iiyama Station (JR Iiyama Line)
20-minute walk from Iiyama Station (JR Iiyama Line / Hokuriku Shinkansen)

What to Bring:
Comfortable workout clothing, towel, water
Gloves if you have them (rental gloves and mitts available)

About the Program

  • Life Kinetik: A neuroscience-based training method combining movement and cognitive challenges to stimulate brain function, improve concentration, and enhance mental flexibility.
  • Muay Thai & Kickboxing: Learn rhythm, balance, and full-body movement through safe and structured striking अभ्यास inspired by Thailand’s national sport.
  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: A strategic ground-based martial art focusing on control, technique, and efficient movement rather than strength.

Notes

  • Advance registration is recommended for priority entry, though same-day participation is possible if space allows.
  • You are free to arrive or leave at any time. Observation only is also welcome.
  • Please use the parking area at Iiyama Castle Ruins Park if arriving by car.
  • Participants are responsible for their own safety; insurance is not currently provided by the organizers.
