With the snowy peak of Mt. Madarao as your backdrop, the Madarao Kogen Golden Marche returns for its 3rd edition this Golden Week. Whether you’re coming with family, friends, or flying solo — this outdoor market is the perfect way to soak up the season in the Northern Nagano highlands.
Expect thundering taiko drum performances, your first taste of pickleball, live music drifting through the mountain air, and the irresistible scent of mountain vegetable tempura. Local artisans, food vendors, and a warm community vibe make this one not to miss.
