Iiyama Human Rights Lecture Series 2026 — Session 6: Why Men Need to Update How They Live and Work

Iiyama City invites you to the sixth and final session of its 2026 Human Rights and Corporate Human Rights Education Lecture Series. This year’s theme is “Nurturing Human Rights Awareness in Every Individual.”

Session 6 turns the spotlight on men — and asks a bold question: is it time to update how men live and work? Research shows that fathers who are actively engaged at home and in their communities help their families, organizations, and regions thrive. A “laughing father” may just be the key to moving everyone forward. Fathering Japan Shinshu leads this energetic and thought-provoking closing session.
